The unique state of leptin sensitivity (rare in the U.S., even in some of the healthiest people) is not only achieved generally quickly with James’ protocol, but generally sustained long-term without struggle. Most feel a pronounced, body-wide "flip" on days three or four of the on-site Program, following a couple weeks of preparatory process to acclimate the body for the most comfortable transition into leptin sensitivity.
